Great environment. Super nice people. Usually get the table we request. Great service and great food.

Had the blooming onion..It was spicy hot but it tasted wonderful..also got grilled chicken. Great environment....and especially getting to sit outsde and eat our dinner...

My meal was satisfactory, but nothing special. I am just visiting the area and will try other places before considering Reno's.

When in Wise, this is one of my favorite places to eat. An awesome menu with friendly staff. Great steak, burgers, and more.

Not crowded but very slow. Had to bring lunch back in a box because it too so long to fix

Great hospitality! Had a great time stopping in on my road trip back home. I don't know what they do to the Mac and cheese but it's to die for!

Cant remember the young girl that was waitting on me today was amazing. Very sweet and welcoming and fast good service. The food was good and service was great will make me always come back.

I love Reno's! This is one of the few that are left. I drive over an hour to go eat here. So yummy. Just hate that they dont have the peanuts anymore.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. I keep thinking that maybe something will be different the next time, but it never is. I can't say that I've ever had a good steak here. It seems like it's always overcooked, or straight up rare. Service is always great, I just don't care for their steaks. I do like the chicken and several other dishes they offer.

Typically I would give it 4 stars but my latest visit, nah. It was just not great. All there is to it.

Food is great, drinks are amazing, and the atmosphere is very friendly! One of the best steaks and Long Island Iced Teas I’ve ever had come from here! I loved the setting at the bar and also the fact that you can control the music with an app on your phone. Give them a try if you’re in the mood for some good food!

We have had good experiences here before but tonight wasn't one of them. We asked for a table but we're seated in a booth. They were busy so we thought no big deal. The sodas were flat and we asked about them. Our waiter said he would check to see if the soda fountain was empty. He didn't return with fresh drinks nor did he refill our glasses the rest of the night. I asked for no sour cream on my potatoes, my wife asked for no chives. We both ended up with sour cream and chives. Last of all our steak wasn't cooked the way we had requested.The only time our waiter returned was to give us our check. Needless to say we will not be going back anytime soon.

Fantastic service! Fantastic foods! Will enjoy returning very much!

Steaks are consistently tough and chewy, often overcooked. Expensive for the quality of food.

We're so happy to know this place because we had a wedding ceremony performed on the patio and still couldn't regret a single moment

Was extremely good food . And a super nice waitress.

In my personal opinion comparable to Texas Roadhouse but better staff and food.

Steak was prepared the way it was ordered. Sweet tea wasn't very sweet. Service was slow.

Forgot side salad, also requested no onions or mushrooms, still got them. Baked potatoes were hard as a rock.

Pretty good steak house. Decent about of items to choose from.

Awesome place overall. Great service. Rachel took amazing care of us. Ensured our order was perfect and kept our glasses full on a busy night. Did it all with a beauty smile and great attitude. And the kitchen was on point as well. Ordered medium rare ribeye and it came out perfect perfect. Warm red center. Great vibe. Definitely will be back.

The skillet of steak strips was excellent. Better value for $12 than most restaurants charge $20 for. Waiting was great as well.To the owners, the receipt said our waiter was waiter 38, or Tyler. He was very patient, and worked to make our dining experience nice.

I went in got seated and waited 30 minutes and no one even bothered to get us drinks or take our order so I left and went to somewhere that would wait on us.

Serene, positive, EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming environment! Treated my daughter, friend and I with complete courtesy, and the food was IMPECCABLE!!! Clean, sanitary and very well kept. Neat restaurant and nice service

The food was fine, the implementation of masks and safety of the public is severely lacking and the management DOES NOT CARE AT ALL, and didn't seem to like that 2 immunocompromised patrons who literally just came from the cemetery after putting the 1st flowers on daughters/granddaughters grave complained of them not following their own rules posted on their door. I came home to where someone else is immunocompromised on dialysis 3x a week... I'm all for the reopen of Virginia... I am not all for the total disregard of human life. To you all it's a joke to me it could be a death sentence and you will never have to worry about me complaining to the staff again, I'll not be back unless there is a massive firing and all of you are gone

Excellent steak and service but men's restroom needs much TLC!!

The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was great. One of the best steaks I have had in a long time!!!

I loved my Texas slammer and loaded fries. My mother in law loved the chicken tenders my wife's steak was to chared but it was a good experience.

Over priced. Steak was below par..lots of fat. Baked potato was hard in the center. Needed more time in the oven. Save your money very disappointed.

We had a great time with the wedding ceremony and reception on the patio at Reno's and the service was great along with food that could not be more delicious! Thanks so much to the team at Reno's and we will enjoy many more happy returns to your place and having awesome meals. We're thankful for everyone!

Very disappointing! We waited almost 2 hours for our food! First the waiter told us two big orders went in before ours and that is what was taking so long. Later the manager came out and told us the printer messed up and didn't print out our food that's why our meal wasn't out yet. He apologized and said we would get 50% off and a free desert. When our ticket came we didn't get the discount, took off 9 dollars! We asked and the waiter said, "He discounts each item at 50% so it turns out to be more like 40%." What? That makes no sense. We had to leave because we were going to a movie and it was already 10 at night. We didn't get the free desert or the discount. Very disappointed!

A reasonable place to stop for dinner on US 23 in Wise VA. Service was fast, food was good enough. We had a nice waitress who did a good job serving and looking after us. The menu was simple and affordable. Here's the negatives. The menu was sticky, as was the table. Just not throughly cleaned. And the mashed potatoes did not taste like they were made from scratch, more like potato pearls. The salad was ok, but we make better at home. 4 stars for service and speed, but lose one for not being really clean, and to the food wasn't as good as it could be.
